Hogue Late Harvest Riesling. A must try!
I love rieslings. I adore the clean tartness mixed with the subtle sweetness, especially when a bottle has a solid mineral finish.
My favorite riesling has just been replaced by a Hogue Late Harvest Riesling, 2010 that I opened tonight. I bought this bottle at a Happy Harry's sale ages ago and it has been sitting quietly in my small wine collection, gathering dust.

Tonight I finshed off a bottle of Sauvion Muscadet Sevre Et Maine, 2007 and decided to open this neglected bottle of riesling.
From the first pour, I delighted in the way that the alcohol retreated firmly into the background while the tartness of apple and pear danced across my tastebuds. I am in love with the way that a tiny amount of flintiness lingered behind.
I'm two glasses into this bottle and I want to continue drinking it, but my new diet won't allow it. Damn you fat cells! I look forward to picking up much more of this wine and sharing it with my friends.
If you are looking for a nice, tart, mineral riesling, do yourself a favor and pick up a bottle of Hogue Late Harvest Riesling (and invite me over to help drink it.)
I wish that I could have everyone over to share this amazing wine, but alas, I am greedily drinking it myself while writing this article. Ah... Sometimes, life is good.
I think that this bottle wine now qualifies as a legitimate business deduction. Yeah, baby.

♥♥♥♥ Love! ♥♥♥♥
Oh, yeah, drink responsibly, PAK cares, blah blah blah.
